A Family Passion, Brought to Your Table
It all started when Brandon and his grandparents would regularly visit a pizzeria on Saturdays after 5pm mass. Brandon started folding pizza boxes and making pizza for his family — and fell in love with feeding people.
The same owners of that pizzeria started a catering company, which Brandon worked at for years while growing up. They became lifelong friends of Brandon and his family.
After a 20-year hiatus, Brandon started Three's a Croud Catering, bringing the same pride and great-tasting food from his kitchen to yours — with the help of his wife of over 10 years, Linzi, and little chef Alden.

Three's a Croud were a joy to work with! They're responsive and professional. When they come on-site, they're friendly and prepared to provide an excellent experience! We had them out for a networking event our company (Mortgage Center) hosted for some very prestigious realtors in the area. There's a Croud made the most gorgeous (and delicious) grazing table (giant charcuterie board)! Their pulled pork sliders were a huge hit with their homemade BBQ sauce (YUM!). They even had Mortgage Center themed desserts! They took great care to highlight our company colors as the overall theme of the decor. It was all so beautifully designed and setup! Definitely recommend Three's a Croud!

Brandon created an amazing taco spread. We had the ground beef, well-seasoned, and the salsa chicken, amazingly tender, beans, rice and all fresh toppings. Great crowd pleaser. We can't thank you enough.

We were so happy with Brandon and the food that he delivered to our event. The food was DELICIOUS and we had so many compliments on the chicken mashed potato bar and the mac and cheese was amazing too. Brandon was so easy to work with and really wanted to accomodate our requests. We definitely recommend 3's a Croud Catering!
